After rejiggering his leather-upholstered jaguar Aurora into the mid-priced sedan called Euro Bistro, peripatetic chef Avner Samuel plans to open a slightly larger second location of the popular casual concept this November in Plano, at 4701 West Park Boulevard.

“With the success we experienced at our first location of NOSH, we knew we would soon be ready for another space,” said Samuel in a press release.

“This second location will offer a larger patio area, larger bar area with high tops that will hold 25-30 guests at a time, a more open dining room is planned with the hostess area equipped to handle seating for waiting guests, and the kitchen will have counter seating left and right of the main cook line with the food expo thru the center.  An 18’ community table will be located between the expo line and the bar, thus allowing for diners to feel as if they are a part of the main ‘hub’ of restaurant activity.  Another addition to the newly designed space will plan for a larger private dining table in the wine cellar, allowing seats for up to 12 guests.  And as for the design aspect, the signature design elements that were developed for the original NOSH will also be executed in this space.”

No word yet on whether chef Jon Stevens will stay put or head north to run the new Nosh.
