Hot Date: September 29, for Dallas’ big DallasChocolate.org festival

I love chocolate, you love chocolate, we all love chocolate but no one loves chocolate as much as Sander Wolf, the founder of DallasChocolate.org.

DallasChocolate.org will host its third annual chocolate conference and festival on September 29, a two-part event at the Addison Conference Centre that includes demos/tastings and a roundtable discussion with more than nearly a baker’s dozen of chocolatiers and chocolate makers (there’s a difference between the two—show up and you’ll learn why).

On the VIP list: Chocolate makers Tejas Chocolate (Houston) and Rogue Chocolatier (Boston) and Dallas chocolatiers Chocolate Secrets, Wiseman House, Dr. Sue’s Chocolate, Oh Brownie, The Dark Chocolate Bakery, Pure Chocolate Desserts by Zach, Toffee Treats, Elegantly Chocolate, Collin College, and Sublime Chocolate, with more to be announced soon.

A full schedule of events and ticket info will be posted soon, says Wolf.
