Celebrate March 2, Texas Independence Day, With All-Texas Menu at the Ranch in Las Colinas


You won’t find a more Texas-focused menu than at EscapeHatch-favorite restaurant, the Ranch at Las Colinas.

“Nearly every ingredient and every dish we serve at the Ranch is made with Texas products,” says Judd Fruia, the director of operations for the Ranch (and Whiskey Cake Kitchen, it’s sibling).

If you’re into celebrating Texas Independence Day (and you should be), then the Ranch has you covered this Saturday: a big back porch with live music, half-price wines, Texas spirits (TX Whiskey, Treaty Oak Rum and Tito’s Vodka).

Chef Grant Morgan throws down our favorites: Grass-fed steaks, Wagyu tacos, and the best Chicken Fried Steak in all of Texas.
