Jon Bonnell Names Jerome Mangault as Chef of Waters Seafood Resto in Ft. Worth


Thanks to our friends at 360 West Magazine for sharing the news: Chef Jon Bonnell has landed Jerome Mangault, a CIA grad who did some fancy cooking in New York’s Hudson Valley, to run his new seafood restaurant, Waters, in Fort Worth’s West 7th development. Bonnell is targeting an opening date of March 29.
