Omni Hotels Introduces New “Street Food” Menu

Omni Hotels & Resorts, including Omni Hotel Dallas and the Omni Hotel Orlando, have decided to embrace the food truck scene, adding a new “Street Food” menu that spotlights the best street foods from Boston to Brazil.

Omni Hotels has paired up with chefs from Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) properties to create dishes that celebrates authentic street food from their home region.  More than 160 dishes were submitted by chefs from 56 countries. Ultimately, six dishes were selected to be featured on Omni’s Simply Street Food menu – three dishes from Omni Hotel chefs, and three from GHA member chefs.
