Mixologist Jason Kosmas Brings His “Employees Only” Line of Cocktail Mixers to Dallas

Dallas mix master Jason Kosmas wants to improve your cocktail hour, whether you’re at home or on the town. Kosmas, once the lead bar man at Marquee Texas Grill, co-owns the iconic Manhattan bar Employees Only and 86 Company, a distiller of artisanal gin, vodka, rum and tequila. To sweeten those spirits, Kosmas and his partners have launched a line of nonalcoholic syrups under the Employees Only label. E.O.’s Bloody Mary mix pops with a racy kick of horseradish and capers. E.O.’s grenadine, intense and broody, is too refined to waste on a Shirley Temple; save it for those times when only a well-crafted Tequila Sunrise will do. Available at Sigel’s stores.
