BellyFire Southeast Asian Kitchen Opening in Quadrangle

When Baker  Bros. Deli closes its doors in the Quadrangle tomorrow at 2 p.m., the space will be transformed into Bellyfire Southeast Asian Kitchen. Chef Paul Singapong is constructing Bellyfire’s menu. Singapong has culinary ties to Malai Kitchen, Cru and the Rosewood Crescent Court, among others.

I wasn’t able to reach Singapong to learn more about the menu, but a guy who answered the phone at the Baker Bros. says he heard the new tenants were  “some kind of Chinese restaurant,” so there’s that.
