Pecan Lodge BBQ Opens an Express Lane


Justin Fourton, the potmaster at Pecan Lodge BBQ in downtown Dallas, says he’s opened an “express lane” to shorten the wait– if you’re willing to buy at least five pounds of ‘cue.

And if you can plan two days ahead, you can pre-order a whole brisket or racks of smokey ribs by sending an email to catering@pecanlodge.com.

“We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue our journey…here’s to sharing the love one smokey bite at time,” says Fourton.
