Pho Chateau, new Vietnamese restaurant with French flair, debuts in Las Colinas

Pho Chateau, a new Vietnamese restaurant in Las Colinas, promises to blend the cuisine of Vietnam with the style and flair of the French.  Ly Quang is the executive chef. Dallas design firm JonesBaker created the interior look.

Pho Chateau is open daily from 11 am till 10 pm.
