UPDATE: Wintry Mix postpones December 18 opening of new Dallas restaurant Gemma

Well, that wintry mix coming into town tonight has everyone in a tizzy. The team behind the new restaurant Gemma, which we told you had planned to open December 18, is going to reschedule their debut. Seems the stormy weather might delay staff training a bit. They’ll play it by ear (because that’s what the owners — Stephen Rogers, a former classical pianist, and Allison Yoder, a former opera singer) do better than anyone.
