Hot Date: Cook Hall hosting Deep Ellum Brewing Company beer dinner on December 20

Deep Ellum Brewing Company makes some mighty fine beers. Cook Hall is a mighty fine space. Get the two of them together, and you have a mighty fine evening of food and drink. That’s exactly what is happening on December 20, When Cook Hall at the W Hotel hosts a special beer dinner featuring DEBC’s craft brews. 7 p.m. sharp.

The pairings include:

Mussels mariniere with rosemary focaccia, paired with Dallas Blonde
Spiced tuna salad with Tahini buttermilk dressing, paired with Farmhouse Wit
Grilled pork chop with chili glaze, King Oyster mushroom and broccoli rabe, paired with Deep Ellum IPA
Braised rabbit with ricotta gnocchi and currant glaze, paired with Rye Pils
Burnt honey custard with persimmon ice cream and miso caramel, paired with Double Brown Stout
