American F+B, Fireside Pies, Le Bilboquet expanding to Houston, Atlanta

A couple of Dallas restaurants are in expansion mode, taking their concepts on the road this year to Houston and Atlanta.

First, Consilient Hospitality is expanding their reach well beyond Henderson Avenue to open American F+B and 13 Pies, a rechristened version of Fireside Pies. Both will take spaces in Houston’s new River Oaks District (4444 Westheimer) and Atlanta’s new mixed-use development called Buckhead Atlanta (East Paces Ferry and Peachtree Roads).

And Le Bilboquet, the Travis Street Frenchy-french place, will also open in Buckhead Atlanta.

More interesting: Buckhead Atlanta also landed a Shake Shack, the first in Georgia.
