Red Dog Right, the family-oriented sport themed restaurant in Southlake, has rolled out a new spring menu with plenty to like.
Construction on Highway 114 is finally complete, “which means access to Red Dog Right is a whole lot easier,” says Judd Fruia, who oversees operations at Red Dog Right and the Ranch in Las Colinas.
John Franke, the wunderchef behind the menus at the Ranch, Whiskey Cake, Mexican Sugar and Velvet Taco, has revamped Red Dog Right’s offerings, introducing new salads, sandwiches, burgers and pizzas, plus a killer line-up of craft beers. Nearly everything on the menu is less than $10. On Monday afternoons, pizzas are half-price.
“I designed this menu around the kinds of food my kids want to eat,” Franke told me, “and it’s been a huge hit with our customers.”
Out front, a large patio is dog-friendly. Red Dog created a special puppy menu that includes biscuits, burgers and a bowl of salty beef broth.
