Sarah Snow is now the executive chef of The Common Table in Dallas

Now that Andre Natera’s Village Kitchen is on its way out, his staff has been hitting the streets. A well-placed insider says there’s a good chance VK won’t make it through the end of the month. One former Natera protege to keep your eye on: Sarah Snow, who first worked with Natera in the kitchen of his old home, Pyramid restaurant at the Fairmont.

Snow is the new top toque at The Common Table, the Uptown Dallas gastropub with both good gastro and good pub. The common link: Twomey Concepts owns both Village Kitchen and The Common Table.
