SER steakhouse, Rabbit Hole brewing, Mike Modano team up for April 10 beer dinner
SER Spirits & Steaks atop the Anatole Hotel in Dallas will team up with Rabbit Hole Brewing for a beer dinner on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 7:00PM. Dallas hockey pro Mike Modano and KVIL radio personality Tony Zazza will be the emcees. SER chef her Anthony Van Camp will run the kitchen, pairing three courses with Rabbit Hole brews.
On the menu: wagyu tenderloin tartare with candied lemon paired with Modano’s 561 Kolsh-style beer; smoked ribeye served with “Van Camps” pork and beans, grilled spring vegetables and No. 9 caramel mustard glaze paired with RAPTURE Fusion Brown Ale; and caramel bananas with orange-chiffon cake and fried plantains paired with 10/6 English India Pale Ale.
Mike Modano and Tony Zazza will host a table at the dinner with all proceeds benefitting the Mike Modano Foundation and Zazza Community Foundation.
