Chef Daniele Puleo to open Bottega Italia in Sylvan Thirty

Daniele Puleo, the chef who created Daniele Osteria near the HP bubble then sold it a few years ago, will open Bottega Italia at Sylvan|Thirty in December, reports Bisnow.

Bottega Italia will be an “Italian- and Napa Valley-inspired eatery, market, coffee, and wine bar” with pizzas, salads, sammies, hundreds of wines, and offer cooking classes. Bisnow says Puleo and his wife will continue to operate Inzo Italian Kitchen in Fort Worth and Roanoke.
