He’s Back! John Tesar to make a splash on national TV Wednesday night – and wait till you hear what he’s admitting

He’s back! And yet, he’s never even left. John Tesar, the Tweeting dervish whose acclaimed cooking skills at Dallas restaurants Knife and Spoon are equalled only by his forkish bravado, is one of the cheffy stars on a one-hour cheffy special airing Wednesday night.

Called “Restaurant Revolution,” the show on the Esquire Network (apparently that’s a thing), takes us behind America’s chef’s counter to “Meet the rock star chefs behind America’s culinary transformation—and the food, sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll that came with it.”

Check out the trailer below, then watch the show for Tesar money shots, including this: “I threw cutlery; I slept with socialites…” Will the Mansion on Turtle Creek, Tesar’s former home, pop up? Inquiring minds want to know. Or maybe not.
