Second Dish restaurant to open February 24 in Preston Hollow, with Andrew Bell as chef


, the Cedar Springs darling with a schizoid personality – disco lounge-lizard interior but top-notch, creative, modern regional cuisine from chef Garreth Dickey – will open a Preston Hollow sibling next week with chef Andrew Bell behind the pass.

Bell, formerly of Bolsa and Nosh, landed the top job a few weeks ago; he and Dickey have been hitting the range, tweaking recipes (like this crazy good roasted cauliflower steak, pictured above) and inventing new ones like

Dish Preston Hollow (northwest corner of Hillcrest and Northwest Highway) opens for on February 24.
