Luscher’s Red Hots in Deep Ellum to open March 2

Brian Luscher, the top dog behind Luscher’s Red Hots in Deep Ellum, confirmed today that he’ll open his hotdoggery and Italian Beef sandwichery on March 2.

Luscher’s Red Hots are no ordinary Chicago dogs, though. These $5 dogs are custom made hot dogs (recipe by Luscher) topped with local Lemley’s tomatoes, fresh pickle relish and housemade brown mustard, all tucked into a freshly baked roll.

His Italian Beef sammie is extraordinary, too: Local Yocal wage beef, house-made giardiniera, fresh bun.

Luscher is also the chef and owner of the Grape restaurant on Greenville Avenue.
