Chef Blythe Beck and Kitchen LTO owner Casie Caldwell to open Pink Magnolia in former Driftwood space

Casie Caldwell, the owner of Kitchen LTO, is partnering with perpetually pink chef Blythe Beck to open Pink Magnolia in the former Driftwood space near the Bishop Arts District.  Beck is currently Caldwell’s chef at Kitchen LTO, the “permanent pop-up” restaurant in Trinity Groves with a rotating roster of chefs, but Beck’s tenure there ends on June 1.

“I’m fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Blythe and utilize her time at LTO to test and tweak a viable concept,” says Caldwell in a release. “Pink Magnolia gives Blythe a permanent home.”

“Pink Magnolia will deliver the nostalgic charm of southern home cooking set in an elegant atmosphere and executed with culinary excellence,” says the release.
