Oso Food & Wine to shutter after dinner tonight

Tonight is the final night for restaurateur Michael Cox’s ambitious neighborhood restaurant, Oso Food & Wine.

Contacted yesterday on a tip that the restaurant would close this weekend, an Oso exec confirmed that Saturday night would be Oso’s last. The restaurant opened last October and lasted less than eight months.

“My priority is to find employment for our incredible staff then focus on the the details of closing the business,” wrote Cox in an email this morning.

Kelly Hightower was Oso’s chef.
