Paul Martin’s American Grill, new casual from-scratch chain restaurant, opens in Dallas today
Paul Martin’s American Grill, a casual restaurant from based in California, will debut its Dallas location on Thursday, July 9, with nightly dinner service.
The restaurant marks Paul Martin’s ninth US location and the first in Texas. Jonathan Keller is GM; chef Scott Nakachi is the chef. A Paul Martin’s spokesperson describes the menu as “fresh seafood from sustainable fisheries, free-range meats and poultry, artisan cheeses and cured meats. Everything found on the menu is made in-house with traditional cooking methods and no product in the kitchen is premade or precut.” Checking out their website, I espy a damn good looking burger, a nice slice of chocolate cake and some tacos. Pretty standard fare, it seems. But I’m always on the lookout for a great burger…
The restaurant supposedly offers “most” of its 100 wines by the glass. Hmmm…that would sure be nice if accurate.
