For your next tailgate party, CBD Provisions selling pig’s head carnitas to go

 just made its signature roasted half pig’s head available to-go. Offered now through Super Bowl Sunday (February 7, 2016), each package includes all of the fixings to make the restaurant’s carnitas at home for groups of four to six people, including one half of a pre-roasted Berkshire pig’s head, salsa roja, salsa verde, corn tortillas, radishes, and lime wedges, along with housemade tortilla chips and guacamole, for $65. 

You can reserved yours Monday-Saturday, then pick it up at the restaurant on Sundays between 2-5 p.m.
