The Theodore, with Scott Romano and Smoke’s Tim Byres in the kitchen, sets opening date

The Theodore, the new NorthPark Center restaurant from Tim Byres, Christopher Jeffers and Christopher Zielke (the team behind Smoke, Bolsa and Chicken Scratch), has an opening date inked: Monday, November 16. Scott Romano is The Theodore’s lead chef.

The restaurant includes a bakery that will produce artisanal breads and pastries from lunch through dinner, eventually expanding to include breakfast.

The Theodore seats 230 people and will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m Saturday and Sunday.
