Bob’s operates 11 locations in Texas, Arizona, California, and Tennessee, Bob’s plans to open in the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort in Amelia Island, Fla., in March, then open at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif., in June. Then, in September, Bob’s plans to open at Omni Berkshire Place in midtown Manhattan. The restaurants will open within existing restaurant spaces at each property.
