Steak town: Perry’s Steakhouse to open in Grapevine

Houston-based Perry’s Steakhouse and Grill will expand its DFW footprint next year when it opens a third area prime steakhouse in Grapevine late next year. The Grapevine planning and zoning commission green-lighted the project last week

The new restaurant will be located at 2400 West SH 114 and provide seating for 450, including about 80 patio seats.

In addition to its Houston base, Perry’s operates steakhouses in Frisco and Uptown Dallas, Chicago, San Antonio, Austin, Denver and Birmingham, AL.
