A new cocktail lounge will debut this Friday with steak queen Dee Lincoln and the team behind Truth & Alabi and Punk Society (brothers Chris and Mark Beardon) as operating partners.

Lincoln and the Beardon’s overhauled the former Dee Lincoln Bubble Bar to create The Tipsy Alchemist, “a super sexy cocktail lounge with beautiful royal blue and deep red tones, reclaimed woods and, of course, craft cocktails,” Lincoln told me. The lounge opens to the public this Friday night. Lincoln says The Tipsy Alchemist will operate Tuesdays through Saturdays and stay open late into the night on weekends. The upstairs section will remain a special events space for private parties.
