Iconic Bishop Arts restaurant has new owners, new chef
in Bishop Arts has new owners, who plan an extensive top-to-bottom redo. Chef Jeffrey Kollinger (The Spice of Life Catering) and his brother Ross acquired the restaurant from Todd Fiscus and Sara Tillman, the original co-owner and wife of the late Ricky Tillman.
Dean Fearing protege Michael Morabito will lead the new kitchen, which is expected to remain open during the renovation.
“Throughout the transition, patrons can expect to see changes in the menu selections, new weekday specials and the look and feel of Tillman’s. Menu additions are already in place for the weekend brunch crowd. A complete relaunch and grand re-opening is tentatively scheduled for mid-fall,” says a company spokesman through a prepared statement.
