Yolk expanding its Dallas presence with new location this fall


Preston Center will soon offer another breakfast option for locals and shoppers. Chicago-based Yolk will open a 150-seat restaurant with patio seating in late September or early October, Yolk founder and CEO Taki Kastanis told EscapeHatch.

Yolk specializes in hearty breakfasts (Benedicts, French toast, pancakes, scramblers) but also serves lunch daily. The Preston Center location is taking over the former LYFE space. The new Yolk will mark the growing company’s third DFW outlet, joining siblings in Fort Worth and in Dallas’ One Arts Plaza.
