Chef Joel Harrington has left Oak restaurant
Talented chef Joel Harrington has exited Oak, the once high-flying restaurant where he served as top chef since last December. Harrington confirmed his departure to EscapeHatch. An owner of Oak couldn’t be reached for comment.
Harrington, a Dean Fearing protege, also worked the ranges at Bolsa and as executive chef of the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain near Tucson.
