Chef Scott Romano has left The Theodore, landed dream job in Sonoma Valley


Uber-talented chef Scott Romano is cooking with his California mentor again.

Romano, most recently the chef of The Theodore in NorthPark Center, is now executive chef at Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg, California, one of California wine country’s sentinel restaurants.

A beloved chef who elevated the city’s cuisine when he arrived, Romano served as executive chef of Charlie Palmer Dallas, where he helped position the Joule Hotel as a downtown dining destination. (The restaurant closed a few years ago.)

The announcement was made on Dry Creek Kitchen’s Facebook page.
