Abacus has a new executive chef

Chef Patrick has been promoted to executive chef at Abacus, a post we told you he’s essentially held since Kent Rathbun parted ways in June with the company he founded 17 years ago. Patrick will also be strutting his talents at NYC’s James Beard House on May 11, 2017.
