The Mansion on Turtle Creek has anointed a new exec chef!


Dallas’ Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek has (finally) announced a new exec chef for their hotel and marquee restaurant: Tom Parlo, a vet of Michelin three-star Restaurant Dieter Müller, Michelin two-star Restaurant Gala and Michelin one-star Restaurant Postillon and most recently exec chef at Hotel Granduca in Austin. (He also worked at the Mandarin Oriental Miami, served as Executive Chef at St. Regis Bal Harbour and Director of Culinary at Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, FL.) Good move for Parlo: He gets to work with pastry chef Nicolas Blouin!

Announced via a release, Parlo is “reviewing” the menu for needed changes.
