Pastry chef Joe Baker joins Glazed Doughnut Works for expansion to Legacy Hall food hall


<p id=”mh631j”>Announced via Facebook, Deep Ellum’s Glazed Doughnut Works says they’re expanding to Plano’s Legacy Hall when the food hall opens next year. The handcrafted doughnuttery has also hired Joe Baker as their full-time pastry chef; formerly a pastry chef at long-shuttered Spoon and The Mansion on Turtle Creek, Baker will lead GDW’s R&D kitchen.
