The Honor Bar, new Highland Park Village restaurant from Hillstone, slated to open Monday

a growing concept from the folks behind Houston’s, Hillstone and R+D Kitchen, plans to open their newest Dallas restaurant Monday, November 21, EscapeHatch has learned. 

The Honor Bar occupies the former Patrizio space in Highland Park Village. The casual restaurant’s one-page menu includes plenty to appeal to Hillstone’s usual upscale crowd in search of an honest meal, including a kale salad, a crispy chicken sandwich, burgers, sushi and a few simple sides.

The company operates two other Honor Bars, one in Beverly Hills and another in Montecito, California.
