Talented chef Jeff Harris returns to Dallas, takes over Victor Tangos kitchen

This just in: Jeff Harris, one of DFW’s most talented chefs, is now the exec chef of Victor Tangos.

Last time we caught up with Harris, he was knee deep in smoke and fire, committed to a barbecue catering operation and developing a related restaurant.

“We had the opportunity to work with Jeff during his time at American Food + Beverage (AF+B) and could not be happier for him to rejoin the team,” said Nik Katz via release. Katz is the director of restaurant operations at Headington Companies, which owns Victor Tangos.

A couple of Harris’ veg-friendly menu additions include roasted beets with avocado puree, goat cheese, orange and hazelnut crumbles and roasted cauliflower with green mole, grapefruit, parsley, mint and charred tortillas.
