Kitchen LTO is now Junction Craft Kitchen, with Southern/Asian mashup menu plus 10 course tasting menus


Beginning tomorrow, Deep Ellum’s permanent pop-up is permanently sitting down. After a move from Trinity Groves to Deep Ellum, Kitchen LTO, whose chefs and menu changed every few months, is now Junction Craft Kitchen. Owner Casie Caldwell and chef Josh Harmon will now focus on a mashup menu of American Southern and Asian flavors (Brussels sprouts with fish sauce caramel a la David Chang, K-fried chicken, miso pork belly, steak tartare (shown)). The restaurant will be open for weekend brunch and Tuesday through Sunday for dinner. On Saturday nights, 10 seats at a large table will be reserved for a 10-course tasting menu.
