Chef Gilbert Garza lands new home for Suze restaurant

Soon to be Former Suze

A new sign has appeared on the former Ball’s Hamburger space at Midway and Northwest Highway in Dallas: Suze

Chef, restaurateur and good-guy Gilbert Garza is packing up his Suze restaurant in the same shopping center and moving the entire kit about 25 yards to the east.  I haven’t eaten at Suze in quite some time, but I’ve always liked the place and liked Garza’s creative menu.

A Hatch reader sent these drone spy photos of the move. As you can see, the drone got in tight and unnoticed.
