NYC’s Popbar will bring its 40 flavors of gelato-on-a-stick to Fort Worth

NYC-based Popbar is moving into Texas this summer, choosing the new WestBend in Fort Worth for their debut. Popbar serves a rotating selection of handmade gelato served on sticks, popsicle style.  Popbar plans to open in September, joining Warby Parker, SusieCakes, and Bartaco on the list of WestBend tenants making their Fort Worth debut at the property. A Popbar Dallas is also in the works and slated to open later this year.

Popbar’s menu includes 40+ rotating gelato flavors, frozen hot chocolate, sorbets and a few other sweets. The company says their gelati and sorbetti are made on site daily in small batches of 26 popbars at a time.

Popbar will be located adjacent to the new HG Sply Co.
