Malai Kitchen debuts in Fort Worth’s Shops at Clearfork with Thai, Vietnamese cooking, fresh beer

Expanding their growing Malai Kitchen empire, owners Braden and Yasmin Wages debuted a Fort Worth version of their well-regarded Uptown Dallas restaurant this week. If you’re into bold flavors, fresh ingredients and classic Thai dishes, put Malai Kitchen on your list. (The Wages make their own curry paste, sriracha and coconut milk, brew their own beers and slave over the authenticity of every dish.)

I love this place. I think you will, too.

Malai Kitchen Fort Worth will be open Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m. Saturday Brunch runs 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday Brunch is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
