Popular Fort Worth restaurant is building a new nest in Southlake

Dallas is in the throws of a Fort Worth restaurant takeover. Ok, so maybe it’s not a total takeover, and maybe Southlake could be considered more Fort Worth than Dallas, but if you live on the west side of Dallas, Southlake’s DISK neighborhoods (double income, several kids) feels more D than it does FW. Taco Heads, Revolver Taco and Melt are among Dallas’ new FW entrants. Now Adam Jones, the owner and head of successful Fort Worth restaurants Grace and Little Red Wasp tells EscapeHatch that his Little Red Wasp gastropub is setting up a new nest in Southlake at the intersection of Kimball Road and Hwy 114. Jones says the new LRW will open sometime next year and Kimball Park, across from Cambria Hotel & a branch of the Keller Williams office tower.

“It’s been five years since the birth of LRW in downtown Fort Worth,” Jones says. “Our current success downtown has been excellent, so it’s time to take the concept to the suburbs.”
