Grimaldi’s drops it’s 16-inch cheese pizzas to just $10 every Monday this month

Every Monday in October, Grimalid’s Coal Brick-Oven Pizzerias drops the price of their 16-inch cheese pizzas to just $10 (normally $16). Top them out as you wish for a few bucks more. (Our Hatch HQ team couldn’t stop at one, even if they hadn’t bought us dinner.)

Grimaldi’s is well known for its thin crust, coal-fired pizzas built with soft 00 flour, cake yeast and purified water. The dough is then allowed to ferment for two days to develop a chewy texture and tangy flavor. Once their pizza hand stretch the Dell, they layer it with happy cow mozzarella cheese, as Asti tomato sauce and whatever toppings you choose. The pies are fired in a 550° coal oven until they’re crisp and bubbly.

The Monday-only $10 cheese pizza offer is part of the pizzeria chain’s “national pizza month” celebration. And that $6 savings? Put it toward Grimaldi’s cannoli or from-scratch cheesecakes, which are terrific ways to wrap up pizza month.
