Blaine Stanford, chef at Grace in Fort Worth, to star in Food Network show November 19

Blaine Staniford, the top chef at Grace restaurant in Fort Worth, will appear on Food Network’s new series, Kitchen Inferno, on Wednesday, November 19 at 9 p.m.

In the new series, hosted by Curtis Stone, contestants face off in a culinary showdown, which includes four possible rounds, each increasing with difficulty. A panel of leaders in the culinary industry judge the dishes and determine a winner for each round based on a blind taste test. If the competing chef wins the round, he or she can take the money or risk it all for a chance to win the grand prize of $25,000.

Well, at least the Food Network waited for Staniford to compete before it finally jumped the shark.
