Chef Jon Bonnell opens Waters Restaurant, Terra Mediterranean to open in Shops at Willow Bend this fall

Our friends at 360 West Magazine sent a couple of good Cowtown tips our way a couple of weeks ago. Looks like they got trapped in the Secret Alpine Lab, but they’re out now.

Terra Mediterranean has signed on to open an outpost at Plano’s Shops at Willow Bend this fall, adding to its two existing restaurants in Fort Worth and Las Colinas. Terra prides itself on offering staples of the  Mediterranean diet made from quality ingredients and family recipes.

And chef Jon Bonnell is ready to debut his 2.0 take on Waters Restaurant with a “soft opening” tonight through this weekend (somewhat limited menu) with a formal opening on April 10. Bonnell has tapped Anthony Felli to helm the kitchen, because every seafood restaurant must be helmed (not manned, directed or led). “The transformation of the space is amazing,” says 360 West Mag’s EIC, Meda Kessler.  The restaurant relocated from West 7th to 301 Main St., Fort Worth.
