Ryan Barnett decamps Adolphus Hotel for exec chef position at Lark on the Park
, the charming cafe across from Klyde Warren Park in downtown Dallas, has named Ryan Barnett as its top toque.
“We are very excited to have Chef Ryan in the kitchen at LARK on the Park,” says Shannon Wynne in a prepared statement. Wynne co-owns and operates the restaurant with partners Keith Schlabs and Larry Richardson. “We look forward to showcasing his talents and seeing his influences on the menus at Lark in the coming months. He has the pedigree and we think he can run!”
Barnett, a Dallas native, most recently held the position of sous chef at The Adolphus Hotel, which will soon reopen after an extensive renovation. His previous culinary work includes Stephan Pyles’ Flora Street Cafe, Stephan Pyles and San Salvaja, plus Nick Badovinus’ Neighborhood Services.
