The Foundation announced their award semifinalists this morning, and the list includes six restaurateurs from Dallas.
Outstanding Restaurateur: Nick Badovinus, Flavor Hook (Neighborhood Services and the new Off-Site Kitchen
Outstanding Service: the French Room at the Adolphus Hotel
Outstanding Wine Program: Cafe on the Green at the Four Seasons Resort (James Tidwell is the wine director)
Best Chef (Southwest): Bruno Davaillon, Mansion on Turtle Creek
Best Chef (Southwest): Teiichi Sakurai, Tei-An
Outstanding Chef (US): Stephan Pyles
Finalists will be named on March 19. Winners will be announced on May 7.
