Lanny Lancarte II is my kind of chef. Lancarte, the great-grandson of the Fort Worth’s Joe. T. Garcia (yes, that Joe T,)  traveled up and down and across Mexico, cooking and learning what it means to eat real Mexican food. In 2005, Lanny left the Joe T. compound and opened his own celebration of true Mexican high cuisine, Lanny’s Alta Cocina Mexicana. From the start, Lanny’s has been one of Fort Worth’s best restaurants. This year, Lanny and his crew of kitchen elves have put their own spin on Christmas. Ready for MexMas?
