In-N-Out: Joel Harloff Gone from “Second Floor Bistro”

<strong>Joel Harloff, the chef of Scott Gottlich’s Second Floor Bistro in the Dallas Westin Galleria for almost exactly one year, is on the way out, confirms a restaurant spokesperson.

“Chef Joel A. Harloff will be leaving The Second Floor Bistro – Bar this month, and I wish him well with his future endeavors,” said Scott Gottlich. “I am excited about the opportunity to announce a new executive chef soon.”

Hmmm. That doesn’t sound exactly amicable, does it? Well, one extremely talented chef is now available.
