Avner Samuel to Open Third Nosh Euro Bistro

Remember Andrew Bell, the chef/owner of defunct downtown Dallas bbq joint Dr. Bell’s BBQ? He’s back, schooling to run the kitchen of Avner Samuel’s Nosh Euro Bistro on the edge of Highland Park.

“I’ll be the chef here and Jon (Stevens, the current execuchef) will go to Plano” to run the  the Nosh outpost there, Bell told me. (We told you about the new Nosh here.)

But the real lead is buried here: Samuel is opening a third Nosh in another as-yet-undisclosed Texas city sometime this spring, which is where Bell is slotted to relocate.
