Grain, the new marquee restaurant of the Hilton Dallas Park Cities, is set to open October 22.
Look for local/seasonal stuff from chef James Music and sous chef Christopher Bosco. They’re touting a cobb salad with “unique additions like beef tenderloin, chicken, sweet corn, black beans, queso fresco, avocado and creamy honey-lime vinaigrette,” so there’s that. Plus barrel-aged spirits.
“We wanted a menu that could hold its own with the best restaurants town, but we also wanted a restaurant that people could enjoy for a romantic night out as well as a casual family dinner,” Music said through a spokesperson.
